The 9-18 high-pressure centrifugal fan is suitable for forced ventilation of production process equipment, iron furnaces, combustion furnaces, and positive pressure fuel boilers in small and medium-sized fertilizer plants, and can be widely used for material and grain transportation. Transporting air is a non corrosive, non self igniting, and non viscous gas. Unless otherwise specified, the temperature of the medium generally does not exceed 80 ℃, and the dust content of the medium does not exceed 150mg/m ³.

The 9-18 high-pressure centrifugal fan is of single suction and double suction types, with a total of 17 machine numbers. The ventilation fan can be made in two types: right-handed and left-handed. Looking at the motor from one end, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a clockwise cyclone machine, represented by "clockwise"; if it rotates counterclockwise, it is called a counterclockwise cyclone machine, represented by "counterclockwise". The outlet position of the fan is represented by the outlet angle of the casing, and both "left" and "right" can be made into 6 angles: 0 °, 45 °, 90 °, 135 °, 180 °, and 225 °. The transmission modes of the fan are A type, D type, and F type.

No.4~6.3 are mainly composed of impellers, casings, air inlets, brackets, etc., while No.7.1~25 are mainly composed of impellers, casings, air inlets, and transmission groups.

(1) Impeller: consists of 8 short blades and 4 long blades.

(2) Shell: Welded into a snail shell type whole with ordinary steel plates.

(3) Air inlet: Made into a convergent streamlined overall structure, fixed to the front cover plate group with bolts.

(4) Transmission group: composed of main shaft, bearing box, coupling, etc., made of high-quality steel, with an overall structure of the bearing box. The F-type consists of two double supported bearing boxes, lubricated with rolling bearings and bearing grease.
